Qualification
Must pass SSLC and must speak, read, write in Tamil.
Possession of Valid Heavy Transport Driving License and Minimum 18 months of experience, First Aid Certificate, Badge and Valid Conductor License obtained on or before 01.01.2023.
Height and Weight
Height minimum 160 cm and Weight 50 kg.
Age Limit
Minimum Age – 24 years of age completed as on 01.01.2023.
As on 01.01.2023 Other Class (OC) should not have completed 40 years of age and Backward Class, Most Backward Class, Denotified Communities, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (BC/MBC/DNC/SC/ST) should not have completed 45 years.
For Ex-Servicemen as on 01.01.2023 for Other Class (OC) should not have completed 50 years of age and Backward Class, Most Backward Class, Denotified Communities, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (BC/MBC/DNC/SC/ST) should not have completed 55 years.

As per norms

Application fee Rs.1180/- (including 18% GST) shall be paid excluding bank service charge. In case of SC/ST category application fee of Rs.590/- (including 18% GST) shall be paid excluding bank service charge.
